Application Requirements

Although you can start the application, save your progress and return to complete anytime prior to the March 1, 2026 deadline, it is strongly recommended that you first:
  • review a list of all application questions
  • ask a parent to write a statement summarizing your family's financial need
  • write five essays in advance (up to 250 words, review grammar and spelling)
  • have four PDFs ready to upload
Five essays:
  1. Other than a relative, who has been an influential figure in your life?
  2. What activities are you most looking forward to as a college student?
  3. Describe three activities of which you are most proud - what it is, why you are proud of it, and how you demonstrated leadership
Four PDFs:
  1. Carlson School acceptance letter
  2. FAFSA Submission Summary (or other financial need summary)
  3. high school transcript
  4. resume (single page strongly preferred)
